Ever since I left medical school (which I stated the reason on my previous video on youtube - Ana Seline). I felt that my routine has changed and I feel like I'm stranded nowhere else to go.
But one thing is for sure, I no longer want to go back to medical school (reasons are also included in the video as well lol). Going back, it was a week after midterm exam on my 2nd year when I left and I have no plans to go back. Ever since that day, I felt relieved and hopeful of the things I really want to do in my life. And to get myself started I found three wonderful ebooks to help me get started. I am currently reading it now but as early as now I can recommend it to anyone who is restarting there life as well or just wants to read something motivational and inspirational.
Here are the list, I've included an Ebook link so you can download it as well if you want to read it. Enjoy!
1. Atomic Habits by James Clear
This book is about starting a new healthy habit and removing bad habits. James Clear stated the steps and have stated stories about people and how the specific steps where proven to work. I have read this to help me realign my life to what I really want which is to be fit, mentally healthy, and more organized with my life. Clear has also included some examples and worksheets for you to answer to better gauge yourself in starting the habit. Here is the link for the ebook.

2. 101 Essays that will Change the Way You Think by Brianna Wiest
Wiest is a brilliant writer at her age and was able to compile 101 essays about the truth about life and self. The book contains essays that will help you rethink about life and to help you become a better person. I just have recently started reading this since I am going slowly on reading books again. Here is the link for this ebook! Enjoy!

3. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
This ebook is a powerful book that emphasizes being mindful about the present and the "enlightenment" that it brings. This is a good book read if you just want to be present and at the moment. I'm still currently reading this as well however, I do some pauses in between just to grasp the concepts of the book and to actually practice what Tolle has written in the book. Here is the link as well for this book.
